摘 要:文章以胡庄站—龙子湖西站区间盾构临近高铁桥群为依托,研究了特殊情况下盾构接收关键技术。通过设置盾构隧道与高铁桥桩间单排隔离桩,降低侧穿高铁桥桩的影响;通过运用自动化监测伺服系统,盾构隧道径向注浆加固和管片背后同步注浆,实现地表变形控制;通过冷冻法+全套筒接收技术,保证富水砂层接收盾构的安全性。Based on the shield near the high-speed railway bridge group at Huzhuang Station to Longzihu West Station,this paper studies the key technology of shield receiving under special circumstances.By setting a single row of isolation piles between shield tunnel and high-speed rail bridge piles,the influence of lateral high-speed rail bridge piles can be reduced.Through the use of automatic monitoring servo system,the shield tunnel radial grouting reinforcement and the synchronous grouting behind the segment,the surface deformation control is realized.Through the freezing method+full sleeve receiving technology,the safety of water-rich sand receiving shield is guaranteed.
