摘  要:介绍了矿用高压断路器机械故障诊断技术的基本情况,按照故障诊断的基本流程,从断路器状态特征信号、信号预处理、特征提取及降维筛选和故障诊断方法等4个环节综述了高压断路器机械故障诊断技术的目前的研究现状和主要不足。针对目前单一信号的局限性、发生复合故障、建立诊断模型工作量巨大和未考虑数据不平衡及故障数据未标记等问题,对高压断路器故障诊断未来的研究方向进行了展望。This paper introduces the basic situation of mechanical fault diagnosis technology for mining high voltage circuit breaker.According to the basic process of fault diagnosis,the current research status and main shortcomings of mechanical fault diagnosis technology of high voltage circuit breaker are summarized from four aspects:circuit breaker state characteristic signal,signal preprocessing,feature extraction and dimension reduction screening and fault diagnosis method.In view of the limitations of the current single signal,the occurrence of composite faults,the huge workload of establishing diagnostic models,and the problems of without considering data imbalance and unmarked fault data,the future research direction of fault diagnosis of high-voltage circuit breakers is prospected.
