摘 要:为揭示宋代岳州窑黑釉瓷、青釉瓷的原料配方,采用能量色散型X射线荧光光谱分析仪对宋代岳州百梅窑址和乌龙嘴窑址出土的42件陶瓷标本进行了科技分析。结果表明,岳州窑胎体元素组成具有我国南方瓷器“高硅低铝”的典型特征,其中,百梅窑址和乌龙嘴窑址在烧造黑瓷和青瓷时虽都是使用沉积黏土,但不同窑口取土点不一样,同一窑口生产黑瓷和青瓷的胎体原料也有所差异。岳州窑青瓷与黑瓷皆属钙釉,釉中的主要熔剂为CaO,应是由于引入了草木灰类原料且百梅窑址CaO含量整体高于乌龙嘴窑址,P_(2)O_(5)、MnO的总含量也略高于乌龙嘴,说明百梅窑址所用的草木灰含量比乌龙嘴窑址多。岳州窑黑釉中Fe_(2)O_(3)含量较高,应是在配方中引入了含铁量较高的黏土原料。百梅窑址青釉中Fe_(2)O_(3)含量较乌龙嘴窑址低,导致其釉面颜色更浅。To reveal the raw material formulas of black glaze ceramics and green glaze ceramics of the Yuezhou Kiln in the Song Dynasty,42 ceramic specimens excavated from the Baimei Kiln site and the Wulongzui Kiln site in the Yuezhou were analyzed using an energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that the body element composition of the Yuezhou Kiln has the typical feature of"high silicon and low aluminum"in southern China's ceramics.Although both Baimeiand Wulongzui sites wares used sedimentary clay for the production of black and green porcelain,the locations of the clay deposits were different,and the raw materials used for the production of black and green porcelain were also different in the same kiln.Yuezhou Kilns'green and black porcelains are both calcium glaze,and the main flux in the glaze is CaO,which is likely due to the introduction of grass ash-like raw materials.The CaO content is higher overall at the Baimei Kiln site than at the Wulongzui Kiln site,and the total content of P_(2)O_(5) and MnO is slightly higher at the Baimei Kiln site,indicating that the Baimei Kiln site used more grass ash than the Wulongzui Kiln site.The content of Fe_(2)O_(3)in the black glaze of the Yuezhou Kiln is relatively high,which is likely due to the introduction of clay raw materials with high iron content in the formula.The Fe_(2)O_(3)content in the green glaze of the Baimei Kiln site is lower than that of the Wulongzui Kiln site,resulting in a lighter glaze color.
