摘 要:釉中气泡的生成、长大、上升和排出周而复始、交错进行,却又相辅相成、互为因果,贯穿于陶瓷烧制的整个过程。文章就上述四个环节分别进行了阐述,其中重点对气泡的长大、缩小及消失的现象、过程和原理展开详细分析和研究。根据气体存在的状态建立三个模型,分别阐述釉熔体气泡与气泡之间、气泡和坯熔体气泡之间,以及釉熔体气泡与窑内气体之间由于压力分布不均,使得气体分子在不同空间进行扩散和移动,从而引起气泡的长大、缩小以及消失。根据实际存在的各种因素对模型的影响,较全面地诠释了气泡的长大、缩小以及消失的现象。The bubbles in the glaze seem to be intricate,but in fact there are rules to follow.The generation,growth,rise and dis-charge of bubbles are repeated and staggered,however they complement each other and can realize mutual transformation in the whole process of ceramic firing.In this paper,with the focus on the detailed analysis and research of the phenomenon,process and principle of the growth,shrinkage and disappearance of bubbles,the above four stages are elaborated.Three models are es-tablished based on the state of gas existence to elaborate respectively the differences between glaze melt bubbles and bubbles,glaze melt bubbles and billet melt bubbles,glaze melt bubbles and the gas in the kiln due to uneven pressure distribution.It can make gas molecules to diffuse and move in different spaces,thereby causing the growth,shrinkage and disappearance of bubbles.Finally,the influence of various factors on the model is analyzed,so as to comprehensively explain the phenomenon of bubble growth,shrinkage and disappearance.
