国外左翼学者视域中的“全球南方”及其现代化问题探析

摘　　要：当前,对“全球南方”的相关研究引发了广泛关注和讨论。“全球南方”在世界舞台上扮演着日益重要的角色,西方国家竞相拉拢全球南方国家,企图为其霸权主义的国际战略服务。对“全球南方”及其现代化问题进行全面系统的研究和分析,是摆在人们面前的重大课题。许多国外左翼学者能够坚持马克思主义的基本观点,对“全球南方”及其现代化问题的形成、成因、解决对策进行了富有建设性意义的探讨研究。面对世界百年未有之大变局的加速演进,我们需要更加重视国外左翼学者的研究成果,加强与全球南方国家的团结合作,推动国际秩序朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。At present,the research on the“Global South”has aroused wide attention and discussion.The“Global South”is playing an increasingly important role on the world stage,and Western countries are also competing to woo the countries of the Global South in an attempt to serve their own hegemonic international strategy.A comprehensive and systematic study and analysis of the“Global South”and its modernization is a major issue facing people.Many left-wing scholars abroad have been able to adhere to the basic views of Marxism and have conducted constructive research on the formation,causes and solutions of the problems related to“Global South”and its modernization.In the face of the accelerated evolution of global changes of a magnitude not seen in a century,we need to pay more attention to the research achievements of left-wing scholars abroad,strengthen solidarity and cooperation with countries in the Global South,and promote the development of the international order in a more just and equitable direction.
