摘  要:基于活性炭(AC)的良好吸附性能和其可与微米零价铁(mZVI)结合形成微电解体系的特性,采用球磨法(BM)合成多种mZVI/ACs复合材料,并探讨该类材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效能,对最佳复合材料去除Cr(Ⅵ)的机理进行解析。研究结果表明,BM可使AC与mZVI有效结合,短时球磨条件下mZVI/AC(木质)对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果较优。溶液中的Cr(Ⅵ)主要由次生Fe^(2+)还原,而AC不仅可加强mZVI/AC对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附,而且还促进了mZVI的腐蚀,进而强化了对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除。通过监测Cr(Ⅵ)和总Cr的浓度变化,并结合固相XPS分析,推测mZVI/AC(木质)对Cr(Ⅵ)的潜在去除途径涉及吸附-还原过程和还原-螯合-沉淀过程。Based on the excellent adsorption performance of activated carbon(AC)and its characteristic of forming a microelectrolysis system with micro zero-valent iron(mZVI),various mZVI/ACs composite materials were synthe-sized by ball milling(BM)method,and the removal efficiencies of Cr(Ⅵ)by these materials were explored.The mechanism of the optimal composite material for Cr(Ⅵ)removal was analyzed.The results indicated that BM could effectively combine AC with mZVI,and mZVI/AC(wood)had a better removal effect on Cr(Ⅵ)under short-term ball milling conditions.Cr(Ⅵ)in the solution was mainly reduced by secondary Fe^(2+),and AC not only enhanced the ad-sorption of Cr(Ⅵ)by mZVI/AC,but also promoted the corrosion of mZVI,thereby enhancing the removal of Cr(Ⅵ).By monitoring the concentration changes of Cr(Ⅵ)and total Cr,and combining with solid-phase XPS analysis,it was speculated that the potential removal pathways of Cr(Ⅵ)by mZVI/AC(wood)involved adsorption-reduction process and reduction-chelation-precipitation process.
