摘 要:脱硫废水成分复杂,污染物种类多,是火电厂难处理的工业废水之一。利用多效板式真空膜蒸馏组件对某热电股份有限公司脱硫废水进行浓缩减量处理,研究真空膜蒸馏技术在脱硫废水处理中的应用效果及影响因素。结果表明:经真空膜蒸馏技术处理后,脱硫废水可浓缩至盐质量分数20%以上;产水电导率低于300µS/cm,脱盐率大于99%,总硬度小于77 mg/L,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、COD_(Cr)、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)质量浓度分别小于2.56、74.8、52、94.8、98.9 mg/L,去除率分别大于96.3%、83.1%、89.6%、99.7%、99.1%,产水水质达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB/T 50050—2017)中间冷开式系统循环冷却水水质标准,可用作电厂循环冷却水补水。Desulfurization wastewater is one of the industrial wastewater that difficult to be treated from thermal power plants due to its complex composition and various pollutants.A multi-effect flat plate style vacuum membrane distillation unit was used to concentrate and reduce desulfurization wastewater from a certain Thermal Power Co.,Ltd..The application effect and influencing factors of vacuum membrane distillation technology in desulfurization wastewater treatment were studied.The results showed that the desulfurization wastewater could be concentrated to a salt mass fraction of over 20%after treatment with vacuum membrane distillation technology.The electric conduc-tivity of the produced water was less than 300µS/cm and the desalination rate was more than 99%.The total hard-ness was less than 77 mg/L.The mass concentrations of Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、COD_(Cr)、Cl^(-) and SO_(4)^(2-)in the produced water were less than 2.56 mg/L,74.8 mg/L,52 mg/L,94.8 mg/L and 98.9 mg/L respectively,and the removal rates were greater than 96.3%,83.1%,89.6%,99.7%and 99.1%respectively.The water quality of the produced water met the water qual-ity standard of circulating cooling water for intermediate cooling open system in the Design Code of Industrial Recir-culating Cooling Water Treatment(GB/T 50050-2017),which could be used as replenishing circulating cooling wa-ter in power plants.
