“生本位”视角下研究生导学关系的异化与重构--基于豆瓣小组的网络数据分析

摘  要:研究生是导学关系的核心构成主体之一,和谐研究生导学关系的建立必须立足“生本位”,关注研究生的主体性需求。以豆瓣小组中导学关系相关话题帖及讨论为数据来源,运用大数据文本分析方法对研究生导学关系的主题事件、问题表征、情感倾向及内在成因进行分析,得出以下结论:研究生对导学关系的感知总体偏向消极;其消极感知来源以“日常沟通”事件为主,其次是“论文写作”“导师选择”“个人特征”“导师更换”“科研能力”以及导学关系中的“特殊事件”。其消极感知的内在成因源于:制度空间的弱势地位、无边界的权利规训、不被重视的个体需求以及能力资本匮乏下互动参与。对此,导学关系的重构应注重完善导生互动制度的全过程设计,让导生互动有“度”可循;践行以教化为核心的导师指导策略,加强对研究生主体需求的关注;树立以自主为核心的学生学习策略,协调自我学习与导师指导的关系。Graduate students are one of the core components in the mentoring relationships,and the establishment of a harmonious graduate student-mentor relationship must be based on the"student-centeredness"principle,paying attention to the subjective needs of graduate students.Taking the relevant topic posts and discussions on the mentoring relationships in Douban groups as the data source,this paper uses the big data text analysis method to analyze the thematic events,problem manifestations,emotional tendencies and intrinsic causes within mentoring relationships,and draws the following conclusions:graduate students'perception of the mentoring relationships are generally negative;these negative perceptions mainly stem from"daily communication"events,followed by"thesis writing","mentor selection","personal characteristics","mentor replacement","scientific research ability"and"special events"in the mentoring relationships.The intrinsic causes of these negative perceptions include the weak institutional positioning of students,boundaryless power discipline,unmet individual needs,and lack of ability capital in interactive participation.In this regard,the reconstruction of the mentoring relationships should focus on improving the comprehensive design of the tutor-student interaction systems,establishing clear guidelines for tutor-student interactions,implementing guidance strategies centered on mentoring relationships,enhancing attention to graduate students'subjective needs,and promoting student-centered learning strategies to balance self-directed learning with tutor guidance.
