摘 要:主动脉疾病起病急骤、临床预后差,而且其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,成为威胁人类健康的重要问题。主动脉可累及全身的分支血管,导致其复杂的病理生理机制,因此如何综合评估临床多维数据也是主动脉疾病研究的临床热点。而且随着信息技术的飞速发展,人工智能(AI)作为一门新兴的交叉学科,以其强大的数据处理能力和精准的预测潜力,有望实现主动脉疾病的精准诊断、个性化治疗,其在主动脉疾病诊疗的应用日益广泛。本文全面综述AI在主动脉影像数据分析、主动脉血流评估以及疾病预后风险预测方面的应用,展望AI技术可能为主动脉疾病诊疗带来的新变化。Aortic disease is characterized by a rapid onset,poor clinical prognosis,and its incidence is rising year by year,making it an important threat to human health.Aorta can involve branch arteries all over the body,leading to its complex pathophysiological mechanisms,so how to integratedly assess the clinical multidimensional data is also a clinical hotspot in the research of aortic disease.Moreover,with the rapid development of information technology,artificial intelligence(AI),as an emerging interdisciplinary discipline,has been increasingly used in the diagnosis and treatment of aortic disease with its powerful data processing capability and accurate prediction potential,and is expected to achieve accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment of aortic disease.This article comprehensively reviews the application of AI in aortic imaging data analysis,aortic blood flow assessment,and disease prognosis risk prediction,and looks forward to the new changes that AI technology may bring to the diagnosis and treatment of aortic disease.
