摘 要:目的探索经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合n-back任务对注意瞬脱(AB)的干预效果。方法采用tDCS和空间2-back任务对某空军院校的60名男性大学生的AB表现进行为期4周的干预,并基于行为学数据和功能近红外光谱成像技术(fNIRS)对其干预效果进行了检验。结果(1)单独采用空间2-back任务对AB表现没有提升效果;(2)采用tDCS刺激被试的左侧背外侧前额叶(DLPFC),使AB表现得到一定程度的提升;(3)联合使用空间2-back任务和tDCS刺激被试左侧DLPFC比单纯使用tDCS取得了更为明显的干预效果;(4)fNIRS数据显示,联合干预后,被试在进行AB任务之前,其左侧DLPFC区域的氧合血红蛋白浓度的均值显著提升,而tDCS和空间2-back任务组没有明显变化。结论tDCS联合n-back任务可以有效提升AB表现,这为改善军事飞行人员等群体的AB提供了重要技术参考。Objective To explore the intervention effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS) combined with n-back task on attentional blink(AB).Methods tDCS and 2-back task of space were used to intervene the AB performance of 60 male college students in an Air Force academy for 4 weeks,and the effects of the intervention were tested based on behavioral data and functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS).Results First,2-back task of space alone did not improve AB performance.Second,stimulating the left dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC) of the subjects with tDCS alone resulted in a certain degree of improvement in AB performance.Third,the combination of 2-back task of space and tDCS to stimulate the left DLPFC of the subjects achieved a more obvious intervention effect than tDCS alone.Fourth,the data of fNIRS showed that after the combined intervention,the mean oxygenated hemoglobin concentration in the left DLPFC region of the subjects increased significantly before AB task,while there was no significant change in the tDCS group and 2-back task of space group.Conclusion The combination of tDCS and n-back task can improve AB performance effectively,providing important technical references for improving AB of military pilots and other groups.
