摘  要:亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸是机体中一类必需氨基酸,由于它们的侧链都有分支结构,因此统一命名为支链氨基酸(BCAA)。BCAA不仅在合成蛋白质过程中发挥关键作用,还作为生物活性分子广泛参与细胞内的各种生物过程。研究表明,BCAA代谢紊乱在多种代谢性心血管疾病中起到至关重要的作用,包括肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、2型糖尿病、高血压、动脉粥样硬化和心力衰竭等。本综述详细介绍了BCAA的代谢过程,着重总结了BCAA代谢紊乱如何导致代谢性心血管疾病的发生与发展,并且结合流行病学证据探讨了二者之间的密切关联。此外,还对未来的研究方向进行了展望,旨在为深入理解BCAA在代谢性心血管疾病中的作用和机制提供新的视角。Leucine,isoleucine,and valine are essential amino acids in the body,collectively known as branched-chain amino acids(BCAA) due to their branched side chain structures.BCAA play a critical role not only in protein synthesis but also as bioactive molecules participating extensively in various intracellular biological processes.Studies have shown that BCAA metabolic disturbances play a crucial role in a variety of cardiometabolic diseases,including obesity,insulin resistance,type 2 diabetes,hypertension,atherosclerosis,and heart failure.This review introduces the metabolic processes of BCAA in detail,with an emphasis on summarizing how BCAA metabolic disturbances lead to the occurrence and development of cardiometabolic diseases,and explores the close relationship between BCAA metabolism and cardiometabolic health based on epidemiological evidence.Furthermore,this review also prospects future research directions,aiming to provide new perspectives for a deeper understanding of the role and mechanism of BCAA in cardiometabolic diseases.
