摘  要:为了提高铁路货车制动梁检测效率和安全性,采用了基于物联网技术的智能检修工艺与装备。该工艺分为故障检测、修理维护、质量检测和信息管理四个环节,每个环节都有相应的智能装备辅助完成。在故障检测环节,利用振动和温度传感器实时采集制动梁信息,通过ZigBee网络传送至应用层,构建基于FA-BP神经网络的故障检测模型,实现精准的故障检测。修理维护环节根据检测结果,选择合适的装备维修受损部位,并进行全方位的质量检测。实验表明,该方法可以精准检测出铁路货车制动梁故障类型,为后续的工艺环节奠定基础;检修后的货车保持了较低的事故发生率。In order to improve the efficiency and safety of braking beam detection for railway truck,intelligent maintenance processes and equipment based on Internet of Things technology have been adopted.This process is divided into four stages:fault detection,repair and maintenance,quality inspection,and information management,each of which is assisted by corresponding intelligent equipment.In the fault detection process,vibration and temperature sensors are used to collect real-time brake beam information,which is transmitted to the application layer through the ZigBee network.A fault detection model based on FA-BP neural network is constructed to achieve accurate fault detection.The repair and maintenance process selects appropriate equipment for repairing damaged areas based on the inspection results,and conducts comprehensive quality inspections.The experiment shows that this method can accurately detect the types of brake beam faults in railway freight cars,laying the foundation for subsequent process steps.The repaired trucks maintained a relatively low accident rate.
