减水剂下磷酸镁水泥砂浆力学性能与变化规律

摘  要:为探明在磷酸镁水泥(magnesium phosphate cement,MPC)砂浆中掺加减水剂而引起的强度变化规律,选取典型磷酸镁水泥道面修补砂浆配合比,以5%硼砂掺量为基础,分别掺入0.3%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%聚羧酸减水剂(polycarboxylicacidsuperplasticizer,PCE)以及0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%萘系减水剂(naphthalenewater reducer,FDN)制作系列试件,对试件1/6、1、3、7、28 d龄期的抗压强度、抗折强度进行了测试。基于抗压强度和抗折强度试验结果,建立相应的预测模型,进一步研究了不同减水剂掺量下MPC性能随时间的变化规律。结果表明:随着PCE掺量的增加,MPC抗压强度逐渐减小,抗折强度3 d龄期内先增大后减小,3 d龄期后呈减小趋势;随着FDN掺量的增大,MPC抗压强度先减小后增大,抗折强度先增大后减小,当掺量为0.5%时4 h龄期抗压强度最大,掺量为1.5%时4 h龄期抗折强度最大;PCE、FDN对MPC的早期强度具有一定破坏作用,当FDN掺量为1.5%时满足机场道面的抢修要求;经验证,MPC抗压强度和平均相对误差均小于5%,标准差均小于0.02,证明模型具有较好的准确性。In order to find out the change rules of strength caused by adding water reducing agents in magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)mortar,the mix proportion of typical magnesium phosphate cement pavement repair mortar was selected.Based on 5%borax content,0.3%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%poly carboxylic acid superplasticizer(PCE),and 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%naphthalene water reducer(FDN)were added,respectively.A series of specimens were made,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of the specimens were tested at 1/6,1,3,7 and 28 d.Based on the test results of compressive strength and flexural strength,the corresponding prediction model was established to further study the variation laws of MPC with time under different water reducer dosages.The results show that with the increase of PCE content,the compressive strength of MPC decreases gradually,and the flexural strength increases first and then decreases within 3 days,and then decreases after 3 days.With the increase of FDN content,the compressive strength of MPC decreases first and then increases,and the flexural strength increases first and then decreases.When the FDN content is 0.5%,the compressive strength of 4 h is the largest,and when the FDN content is 1.5%,the flexural strength of 4 h is the largest.PCE and FDN have a certain destructive effect on the early strength of MPC.When the FDN content is 1.5%,it can meet the requirements of airport pavement emergency repair.It is verified that the MPC mean relative errors of compressive strength and tensile strength are less than 5%,and the standard deviation are less than 0.02,which proves that the model has good accuracy.
