摘 要:针对传统均压策略在大容量高压直流输电中存在功率器件开关频率高等问题,提出了一种基于附加导通模块的混合模块化多电平换流器子模块电容均压策略。该策略以电压偏差不平衡度为判据,对超限的子模块进行轮换,并在此基础上设计了不平衡度自适应控制器,以提高该策略对于不同工况的适应度。仿真结果显示,相比现有策略,该策略不仅降低了开关频率,还改善了均压效果,更好地平衡了两者的矛盾,而且对不同程度负载的适应度有所提高,为我国特高压直流输电工程发展提供了一定的参考价值。In view of that the traditional voltage balancing strategy has the problem of high switching frequency of power devices in high-capacity high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission,a hybrid modular multilevel converter(MMC)submodule capacitor voltage balancing strategy based on additional conduction module is proposed in this paper.The strategy takes the unbalance degree of voltage deviation as the criterion to rotate the submodules that exceed the limit.On this basis,an unbalance degree adaptive controller is designed to improve the adaptability of this strategy to different working conditions.The simulation results show that compared with the existing strategies,this strategy not only reduces the switching frequency,but also improves the voltage equalization effect,better balances the contradiction between the two,and improves the adaptability to different levels of load,which provides a certain reference value for the development of UHVDC transmission projects in China.
