摘　　要：体位变化对围术期管理具有重要影响,手术体位不仅影响手术操作的便捷性,还直接影响患者的气道管理。患者体位的改变可能影响气道解剖结构的暴露及气管插管的成功率,尤其是在某些特定体位下,气管插管的难度明显增加。本文综述了不同手术体位对气道暴露、插管位置及导管稳定性的影响,旨在为临床医师在围术期气道管理时体位的选择及规避特殊体位对机体的潜在风险提供参考。Position changes play a crucial role in perioperative management.Surgical positions not only affect the convenience of the surgical procedure but also have a direct impact on airway management.Alterations in patient positions can influence the exposure of airway anatomical structures and the success rate of tracheal intubation,particularly in specific positions where intubation difficulties are significantly heightened.This article reviews the effects of various surgical positions on airway exposure,intubation placement and catheter stability,aiming to provide guidance for clinicians in selecting appropriate positions during perioperative airway management and avoiding potential risks associated with certain positions.
