摘　　要：为了提高垃圾焚烧发电厂汽水系统的自动化水平,设计了一种汽水系统一键启动及自动控制系统,与光大环境有限公司的一垃圾焚烧发电厂建设项目相结合,同现有技术相比,系统采用机组级、功能组级、单元级3层控制结构,并遵循断点分层控制原则,通过主控单元进行整体协同控制,同时采用PROFIBUS(Process Field Bus,过程现场总线)传输数据,简化了控制流程,有效提升了控制精准度、效率及自动化程度,也为机组汽水系统的一键启动及自动控制提供了参考。In order to improve the automation level of the steam and water system in the waste incineration power plant,a onebutton start and automatic control system of the steam and water system was designed,which was combined with the construction project of a waste incineration power plant of Everbright Environment Co.,Ltd.Compared with the existing technology,the system adopted the three-layer control structure of the unit level,the function group level and the unit level,and followed the breakpoint hierarchical control principle.The overall cooperative control was carried out through the main control unit,and the data transmission of PROFIBUS(Process Field Bus) was adopted,which simplified the control process and effectively improved the control accuracy,efficiency and automation degree.It also provided reference for the one-button start and automatic control of the steam and water system of the unit.
