摘 要:对选煤厂浮选系统存在的问题进行分析,并提出通过强制调浆提升精煤脱水工艺等对浮选系统进行改造,提高选煤厂浮选效果。采用锯齿圆盘涡轮调浆器代替原有XY-3.0型矿浆预处理器进行强制调浆,通过沉淀过滤式离心机、超高压滤机,实现浮选一段、二段精煤脱水处理。工程应用后,浮选精煤产率由平均33.47%提升至平均62.08%,浮选尾煤灰分质量分数由38.15%提升至63.73%,有效解决了浮选“跑粗”、精煤含水率偏高等问题,在一定程度提升了选煤厂浮选效率。The existing problems in flotation system of the coal preparation plant were analyzed,and the reform of flotation system was proposed to improve the flotation effect of coal preparation plant by improving clean coal dewatering process with forced mixing.The sawtooth disk turbo-pulper was used to replace the original XY-3.0 pulp preprocessor to carry out forced mixing,and the first and second stage clean coal was dewatered by sedimentation filter centrifuge and ultra-high pressure filter.After engineering application,the average yield of flotation cleaned coal increased from 33.47% to 62.08%,and the mass fraction of flotation tail coal ash increased from 38.15% to 63.73%,which effectively solved the problems of "running coarse" flotation and high water content of clean coal,and improved the flotation efficiency of coal preparation plant to a certain extent.
