摘 要:对王坪矿3 m小煤柱孤岛工作面回采过程中两顺槽超前压力影响范围出现的较大变形现象进行分析,指出孤岛开采、工作面上层遗留煤柱、面间煤柱宽度、初次来压、周期来压、见方来压对本工作面开采的影响,探讨了邻面未采取卸压措施对巷道围岩稳定性的影响。通过理论分析、数据监测,提出了大直径钻孔卸压、煤层注水、密集切顶孔、爆破切顶的防冲卸压措施和煤体注浆加固、超前工作面补强支护的巷道变形控制措施。经工程实践验证,这些控制对策能有效控制孤岛开采过程中的巷道变形,降低集中应力的影响,保障矿井安全生产。The large deformation phenomenon in the influence range of the advance pressure of the two-crossheading roadway during the mining process of the island working face with 3 m small coal pillar in Wangping Coal Mine was analyzed,and the influence of island mining,the remaining coal pillars on the working face,the size of the coal pillars between the faces,the first weighting,the periodic weighting and the square weighting on the mining of the working face were pointed out,and the influence of the adjacent face without pressure relief weighting in advance on the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway was discussed.Through theoretical analysis and data monitoring,the anti-burst and pressure relief measures of large-diameter borehole,coal seam water injection,dense roof cutting hole,blasting roof cutting,and the restraint roadway deformation measures of coal grouting reinforcement and advanced working face supplementary support were proposed.It has been verified by engineering practice that these measures can effectively control the deformation of the roadway in the process of islanding mining,reduce the influence of concentrated stress,and ensure the safe production of the mine.
