小保当煤矿隐蔽致灾因素分析与防治措施研究

摘　　要：为避免煤矿灾害事故的发生,减少矿井人员伤亡和损失,应对煤矿中存在的隐蔽致灾因素进行探查和分析。以小保当煤矿为研究背景,以2^(-2)煤层开采为研究对象,采用现场调研、井下探测等方式,并结合以往煤矿地质资料,对煤矿隐蔽致灾因素进行了汇总分析,提出了相应的防治措施。研究表明,煤矿存在水害、火灾和顶板事故等隐患。煤矿水害来源为导水裂隙发育贯通的延安组基岩含水层和直罗组基岩含水层,并且开采区与直罗组富水区存在重叠部分,还存在采空区积水和断层处突水的隐患;煤矿火灾隐患来自煤层的自然发火性;顶板事故隐患来自基本顶的强矿压显现和采空区顶板大面积悬顶。基于对煤矿隐蔽致灾因素的分析,提出了相应的防治措施,为煤矿灾害的防治提供了相应的借鉴,有效减少了煤矿灾害事故的发生。In order to avoid the occurrence of mine disaster accidents and reduce the casualties and losses of mine personnel,the hidden disaster-causing factors in the coal mine should be explored and analyzed.Taking Xiaobaodang Coal Mine as the research background,2-2coal seam mining as the research object,on-site investigation,underground detection and other methods were adopted,and combining the previous coal mine geological data,the hidden disaster-causing factors of the coal mine were summarized and analyzed,corresponding prevention and control measures were proposed.The research showed that there were hidden dangers such as mine water disaster,underground fire and roof accident in the coal mine.The mine water disaster mainly came from the bedrock aquifer of Yan'an Formation and the bedrock aquifer of Zhiluo Formation,and there was an overlap between the mining area and the water-rich area of Zhiluo Formation.In addition,there were hidden dangers of water accumulation in goaf and water inrush at faults.The hidden danger of mine fire came from the spontaneous combustion of coal seam.The hidden danger of the roof accident came from the strong mine pressure appearance of the basic roof and the large area suspended roof of the goaf roof.Based on the analysis of the hidden disaster-causing factors of the mine,the corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward,which provided a corresponding reference for the disaster prevention and control of the mine,and effectively reduced the occurrence of mine disaster accidents.
