摘 要:为了进一步降低带式输送机运行过程中的电能消耗,减少带式输送机运行中的磨损,提高带式输送机运行经济性和安全性,基于煤量与带速的匹配逻辑,提出了一种新的带式输送机节能运行控制技术。该技术以煤流视觉检测为核心,采用激光直射法三角测距技术实现对输送带上煤量的精确监测,然后利用模糊控制技术实现对运行带速的精确调节。实际应用证明,该节能运行控制技术能够将带式输送机运行时的平均带速降低27.7%,将带式输送机运行能耗降低29.3%,有效提升了输送机系统的运行经济性。In order to further reduce the energy consumption during the operation of belt conveyors,minimize wear and tear,and improve the economic and safety of belt conveyor operation,a new energy-saving operation control technology for belt conveyors was proposed based on the matching logic between coal quantity and belt speed.This technology was based on coal flow visual detection,using laser direct triangular distance measurement technology to achieve accurate monitoring of the amount of coal on the conveyor belt,and then using fuzzy control technology to achieve precise adjustment of the running belt speed.Practical application proved that this energy-saving operation control technology can reduce the average belt speed of the belt conveyor by27.7% during operation,reduce the energy consumption of the belt conveyor by 29.3%,and effectively improve the operational economy of the conveyor system.
