摘 要:为提高煤矿掘进巷道的安全生产水平,防止冲击地压等灾害发生,以X煤矿35022工作面为例,采用多参量联合监测与分区特征分析方法。详细分析了掘进巷道的地质特征及分区特征,设计了包括地压、瓦斯体积分数、温度等参数在内的监测方案。同时,建立了数据采集与传输系统、实时数据分析与预警系统,以实现对潜在安全风险的实时监控和预警。研究结果表明,该监测方案能提升巷道施工过程中的安全管理效能,预测和降低冲击地压带来的风险。研究成果可为类似矿区的安全生产提供技术支持。In order to improve the safety production level of coal mine excavation tunnels and prevent disasters such as rockburst,taking 35022 working face of X Coal Mine as an example,a multi-parameter combined monitoring and zoning characteristic analysis method was adopted.Detailed analysis was conducted on the geological and zoning characteristics of the excavation roadway,and a monitoring scheme was designed including parameters such as ground pressure,gas volume fraction,and temperature.At the same time,a data collection and transmission system and a real-time data analysis and warning system were established to achieve real-time monitoring and warning of potential security risks.The research results indicate that this monitoring scheme can improve the safety management efficiency during tunnel construction,prevent and reduce the risks caused by rockburst.The research results can provide technical support for safety production in similar mining areas.
