摘 要:为了解决晋北煤业5-303切巷快掘过程中瓦斯含量及粉尘质量浓度过高的问题,分析了瓦斯及粉尘的涌出特征,得到了瓦斯含量及粉尘质量浓度的高值区。基于实测数据,采用整体与局部结合的通风方式,有效控制了上隅角、工作面风流、局部通风机及其开关处瓦斯含量及粉尘质量浓度,为安全掘进提供了保障。In order to solve the problem of high gas content and dust mass concentration during the fast excavation process of5-303 roadway in Jinbei Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the emission characteristics of gas and dust were analyzed,and high-value areas of gas content and dust concentration were obtained.Based on actual measurement data,a ventilation method combining overall and local ventilation was adopted to effectively control the gas content and dust concentration of the upper corner,working face airflow,local ventilation fan and its switch,providing a guarantee for safe excavation.
