摘  要:为提升王家岭矿选煤厂洗选能力及经济效益,结合选煤厂生产现状及提升改造需要,有针对性地设计了提能改造方案并进行了对比分析,以优选最佳提能改造方案。经过综合对比分析,确定选用新增智能干选机的方式进行改造。采用的提能改造方案具有投资低、工期短、可明显提升经济效益等优势。In order to enhance the washing capacity and economic benefits of Wangjialing Coal Preparation Plant,combined with the production status and upgrading needs of the plant,targeted energy improvement renovation schemes were designed and compared for analysis,in order to select the best improvement renovation scheme.After comprehensive comparison and analysis,it was determined to use the method of adding a telligent dry separator for the renovation.The adopted energy improvement renovation scheme has advantages such as low investment,short construction period,and significant improvement in economic benefits.
