水力压裂增透技术在低透气性煤层瓦斯治理中的应用

摘  要:为提高低透气性煤层瓦斯治理效果,为矿井煤炭回采创造良好的条件,针对山西省A煤矿11301工作面回采中11^(#)煤层瓦斯含量高、透气性差等问题,提出将水力压裂增透技术应用于采面本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采中。现场应用后,水力压裂增透区域煤层瓦斯体积分数、瓦斯抽采纯量较未压裂区域增幅分别约为400%、200%;水力压裂增透后钻孔接抽30 d即可消除煤与瓦斯突出危险。研究表明,水力压裂增透在提升煤层瓦斯治理效果、减少瓦斯治理耗时方面效果显著,可为11301工作面瓦斯高效治理创造良好的条件。In order to improve the effectiveness of gas control in low permeability coal seams and create favorable conditions fo coal recovery in mines,and to address the problems of high gas content and poor permeability in the 11~# coal seam of the 11301 working face in A Coal Mine of Shanxi Province,it was proposed to apply hydraulic fracturing and permeability enhancemen technology to the drilling and drainage of the coal seam in the mining face.After on-site application,the volume fraction of coa seam gas and the pure gas extraction in the hydraulic fracturing enhanced permeability area increased by about 400% and 200% respectively compared to the non fractured area;after hydraulic fracturing and permeability enhancement,drilling and pumping fo 30 d can eliminate the risk of coal and gas outburst.The research shows that hydraulic fracturing with enhanced permeability ha a significant effect on improving the effectiveness of coal seam gas control and reducing gas control time,which can create favorable conditions for efficient gas control in the 11301 working face.
