摘 要:为提升选煤厂煤泥水处理效率及智能化水平,通过改进检测设备、引进先进的通信及控制系统等对煤泥水处理系统进行了智能化升级改造。在分析煤泥水处理系统运行现状及存在问题的基础上,给出煤泥水处理系统智能化升级改造方案,并详细探讨了浓缩、药剂添加和压滤环节的智能化升级措施。煤泥水处理系统智能化升级改造完成后,实现了煤泥水处理集控及运行参数可视化控制,药剂使用量降幅为5%~10%,压滤环节生产效率提升了约20%,操作人员由5人减少至2人,工程应用效果显著。In order to improve the efficiency and intelligence level of coal slurry water treatment in coal preparation plants,the coal slurry water treatment system was upgraded and transformed by improving detection equipment,introducing advanced communication and control systems,etc.Based on the analysis of the current operation status and existing problems of the coal slurry water treatment system,an intelligent upgrade and transformation scheme for the coal slurry water treatment system was proposed,and the intelligent upgrade measures for the concentration,chemical addition,and pressure filtration stages were discussed in detail.After the intelligent upgrade and transformation of the coal slurry water treatment system,centralized control of coal slurry water treatment and visual control of operating parameters were achieved.The dosage of chemicals was reduced by5%-10%,and the production efficiency of the pressure filtration process was improved by about 20%.The number of operators was reduced from 5 to 2,and the engineering application effect was significant.
