摘 要:为提高91-105工作面风巷留巷效率,提出将“墩柱+柔模”技术应用到巷道留巷工程中,并对留巷期间涉及的支护、墩柱及柔模架设、混凝土灌注等关键技术进行了分析。工程应用后,91-105工作面风巷留巷段巷道断面维护效果较好,顶板最大移近量控制在了125 mm以内,支护用墩柱、柔模及单体柱π型梁棚均未出现大变形的情况。To increase the efficiency of wind roadway retention in the 91-105 working face,it was proposed to apply the "pier column + flexible formwork" technology to the roadway retention project,and the key technologies involved in support,pier column and flexible formwork installation,concrete pouring,etc.during the retention period were analyzed.After the engineering application,the maintenance effect of the roadway section of the 91-105 working face was good,and the maximum movement of the roof was controlled within 125 mm.The supporting pier columns,flexible formwork,and single column π-shaped beam sheds had not undergone significant deformation.
