松软煤层沿空巷道超前支护技术分析

摘  要:为实现沿空巷道超前支护段围岩变形的有效控制,以5309回风巷为研究对象,结合现场条件综合使用“锚注+超前支架”方式实施超前支护,并进行了工程应用。在5309回风巷顶板布置了中空注浆锚索,并对顶板进行注浆,不仅提高了顶板的稳定性,浆液还可以充填原支护用的锚杆及锚索钻孔,提升了原支护体系与围岩的耦合效果。在采面前方25m内使用超前支架进行支护,利用超前支架自动化程度高、支撑强度高等优点,有效降低了采动压力影响范围内巷道围岩的变形量。工程应用后,5309回风巷超前支护段围岩变形控制在允许范围内,巷道断面可满足后续5309工作面的生产需求。In order to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in the advanced support section of the goaf roadway,the 5309 return airway was taken as the research object,and the "anchor grouting + advanced support" method was comprehensively used to implement advanced support based on site conditions,and engineering applications were carried out.Hollow grouting anchor cables were installed on the roof of the 5309 return airway,and grouting was carried out on the roof.This not only improved the stability of the roof,but also filled the anchor rods and anchor holes used for the original support,enhancing the coupling effect between the original support system and the surrounding rock.Advanced supports were used within25 m in front of the mining face to effectively reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway within the influence range of mining pressure,taking advantage of the high degree of automation and support strength of advanced supports.After engineering application,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the advanced support section of the 5309 return airway was controlled within the allowable range,and the cross-section of the roadway can meet the production needs of the subsequent 5309working face.
