摘 要:自燃煤层无煤柱开采工作面具有采空区漏风复杂、遗煤自然发火等问题,以15203工作面为研究对象,针对性地提出了防灭火技术措施,并进行了工程应用。在15203材料巷应用切顶卸压留巷技术,实现了工作面无煤柱的有效开采,在采面回采期间,制定了完善的煤层自燃早期预测预报制度,并布置了火灾监测监控系统,综合运用了封堵采面留巷段漏风裂隙、喷洒阻化剂、注氮的综合防灭火措施。15203工作面采用的防灭火技术可以减少采空区的漏风量,避免遗煤与O2接触,现场应用后,采面回采期间未出现采空区遗煤自然发火问题,确保了15203工作面的安全高效回采。There are some problems such as complex air leakage in gob and spontaneous combustion of abandoned coal.Taking15203 working face as the research object,some technical measures to prevent fire were put forward and engineering application was carried out.In 15203 material roadway,the roadway retaining technology of roof cutting and pressure relief has been applied to realize the effective mining in the working face without coal pillar.During the mining period,a perfect early prediction and forecasting system for spontaneous combustion of coal seam has been formulated,and a fire monitoring and monitoring system has been arranged.Comprehensive fire prevention measures sealing air leakage cracks in the roadway retaining section of the mining face,spraying retarding agent and injecting nitrogen have been comprehensively applied.The fire prevention technology adopted in the 15203 working face can reduce the air leakage in the goaf and avoid the contact between the abandoned coal and O2.After field application,the problem of spontaneous combustion of the abandoned coal in the goaf did not occur during the mining of the working face,ensuring the safe and efficient mining of 15203 working face.
