摘 要:对3307采煤工作面材料巷充填留巷期间围岩变形特征进行了分析,并结合现场地质条件、材料巷充填留巷方案等,提出采用“控顶+限帮+强底”为核心的围岩支护技术方案,通过强化围岩支护强度,以控制留巷段底鼓。结合现场情况,分析了3307材料巷充填留巷底鼓控制技术方案的应用效果,结果表明,材料巷充填留巷底鼓控制措施应用后,留巷段顶板、底板、柔模墙体及实体煤帮变形量分别为75、 254、 28、 146 mm,留巷段围岩变形严重、底鼓量大的问题得以有效解决。Based on the analysis of the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock during the filling and retention of the material roadway in 3307 coal mining face,and combining with the site geological conditions and the filling and retention scheme of the material roadway,the surrounding rock support technology scheme with "roof control + wall limit + floor strengthening" as the core was proposed to control the floor heave in the roadway retaining section by strengthening the supporting strength of surrounding rock.Combined with the field situation,the application effect of the technical scheme of filling and retaining floor heave control of 3307 material roadway was analyzed.The results showed that after the application of filling and retaining floor heave control measures in 3307 material roadway,the deformation of the roof,floor,flexible mold wall and solid coal wall in the retaining section was 75,254,28 and 146 mm respectively.The problems of serious deformation of surrounding rock and large floor heave in roadway retaining section can be effectively solved.
