摘 要:为实现综采工作面预掘回撤通道围岩变形的有效控制,以5307综采工作面为研究对象,结合5307综采工作面实际地质条件,制定了以高强支护、卸压及补强支护为主的围岩控制技术方案,具体包括锚网索支护、水力压裂切顶及垛式支架支护技术措施,并进行了应用。工程应用后,5307综采工作面回撤通道围岩变形量较小,支护成本低,巷道断面可满足采面设备快速回撤需求。In order to realize the effective control of the deformation of surrounding rock in the pre-excavation withdrawal channels of fully mechanized mining face,taking 5307 fully mechanized mining face as the research object and combining with the actual geological conditions of 5307 fully mechanized mining face,the surrounding rock control technology scheme based on high strength support,pressure relief and reinforcement support was formulated and applied,including the technical measures of anchor mesh support,hydraulic fracturing tops and stack support.After engineering application,the surrounding rock deformation of the withdrawal channels of 5307 fully mechanized mining face was small,the support cost was low,and the roadway section can meet the need of rapid withdrawal of mining face equipment.
