摘  要:煤炭开采过程中,巷道掘进效率是影响煤矿综合效益的重要因素。掘锚一体化机组的应用可大大提高巷道掘进效率,其形成的大断面巷道对围岩支护工艺要求较高。针对2506工作面快速掘进形成的大断面巷道,采用数值模拟方式分析了3种不同的支护工艺方案,从而选取最优的支护工艺方案,以保证围岩的稳定性。对回采过程中应力及位移的仿真分析,验证了支护工艺的有效性。In the process of coal mining,roadway driving efficiency is an important factor affecting the comprehensive benefit of coal mines.The application of integrated excavating and anchoring unit can greatly improve the efficiency of roadway excavation,and the large-section roadway formed by it has higher requirements for surrounding rock supporting technology.Aiming at the large-section roadway formed by rapid excavation of 2506 working face,three different support technology schemes were analyzed by numerical simulation,so as to select the best support technology scheme to ensure the stability of surrounding rock.The effectiveness of the support technology was verified by the simulation of stress and displacement in the process of mining.
