Process Optimization for Crossing Faults in High and Strip Roadways

摘  要:司马煤业有限公司CT1101工作面N3-16条带巷上分层揭露正断层,断层面岩石硬度较高,为避免截割大面积岩石损耗设备,同时缩短过断层时间,对过断层工艺进行了优化。在对迎面墙进行管理后,退机约65 m,以-1°腰线向前拉底施工,至断层处并找到断层上盘下边沿(即对侧煤层顶板),然后沿煤层顶板施工,采取缩小排距、架设单体柱π型钢棚被动支护措施。从断层上盘下边沿穿越断层,与原过断层工艺相比,创新了过断层方式,减小了截割岩石面积且能快速通过断层区域,同时细化了掘锚一体机临时支护工艺。研究不仅保证了巷道支护强度,还为今后其他矿井快速安全地通过断层提供了可借鉴经验。On the N3-16 strip roadway of CT1101 working face of Sima Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,normal faults were exposed layer by layer.The rock hardness on the fault surface was relatively high.In order to avoid cutting large areas of rock and damaging equipment,and to shorten the time for crossing the fault,the crossing process was optimized.After managing the facing wall,the machine was withdrawn about 65 m,and then the bottom was pulled forward along the-1° waistline for construction,reaching the fault and finding the lower edge of the upper wall of the fault(i.e.the opposite coal seam roof).Then,construction was carried out along the coal seam roof,adopting measures such as reducing the spacing and setting up passive support measures such as single column π-shaped steel sheds.Crossing the fault from the lower edge of the hanging wall,compared with the original fault crossing process,an innovative fault crossing method was developed,which reduced the area of cut rock and can quickly pass through the fault area.At the same time,the temporary support process of the integrated excavation and anchoring machine was refined.The research not only ensures the strength of roadway support,but also provides experience and reference for other mines to quickly and safely pass through faults in the future.
