摘 要:自移机尾是煤矿工作面的主要设备,其移动频率直接影响着综采工作面的推进效率。在采煤过程中,采用传统的胶带自移机尾作业模式,拆胶带架频繁、效率低,不利于综采工作面的高效推进。为了提高3203综采工作面的采掘效率,采用自移机尾与自动拉紧装置相互配合,可实现在带式输送机不停机的情况下快速地移动机尾,从而减少带式输送机机尾移动的辅助工作时间和停车时间,简化了带式输送机机尾与工作面转载机的搭载配合流程,提高了整个综采工作面的采掘效率。The self moving machine tail is the main equipment in the coal mining face,and its movement frequency directly affects the propulsion efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face.During the coal mining process,the traditional belt self moving machine tail operation mode is used,it frequently disassembles the belt frame and has low efficiency,which is not conducive to the efficient advancement of the fully mechanized mining face.In order to improve the mining efficiency of the 3203 ully mechanized mining face,a self moving machine tail and an automatic tensioning device were used in conjunction,which can quickly move the tail of the belt conveyor without stopping the machine,thereby reducing the auxiliary working time and parking time of the belt conveyor tail movement,simplifying the loading and coordination process between the belt conveyor tail and the working face transfer machine,and improving the mining efficiency of the entire fully mechanized mining face.
