摘  要:为响应国家安全环保型矿山建设的号召,瓮福磷矿大塘矿采用胶结充填采矿法进行地下开采,在采空区充填过程中,一部分采空区采用单点下料的方式,充填骨料由高到低自流到充填采空区内;另一部分采空区是依靠顶、底板以及矿岩柱的稳定性直接进入空区进行充填。但对于跨度大、顶底板以及矿岩柱不稳定的采空区,直接进入采空区作业安全隐患大,同时采用单点下料因跨度大会发生离析现象,导致强度不均匀,影响充填质量。为提高充填质量,对跨度大、顶底板以及矿岩柱不稳定的采空区进行了分析、探讨,研制了充填管道多点下料装置并应用到大塘矿采空区来解决充填离析问题。In response to the call of national safety and environmental protection mine construction,cemented filling mining method was adopted in Datang Mine of Wengfu Phosphate Mine for underground mining.In the process of goaf filling,single point feeding method was adopted in part of goaf,and the filling aggregate flowed from high to low into the filling goaf;the other part of goaf was filled directly relying on the stability of roof,floor and rock columns.However,for the goaf with large span,unstable roof and floor and rock columns,the safety risk of directly entering the goaf is great,and at the same time,the segregation phenomenon will occur due to the large span when using single point feeding,resulting in uneven strength and affecting the filling quality.In order to improve the filling quality,the gob with large span,unstable roof and floor and rock columns was analyzed and discussed,device of multi-point discharging filling pipe was developed and applied to the goaf of Datang Mine to solve the problem of filling segregation.
