摘 要:针对山西焦煤西山煤电杜儿坪矿73907运输巷存在的围岩变形大、破坏严重问题,现场勘测分析了巷道顶板松动圈范围及变形原因,提出了“锚杆+锚索+钢筋梯子梁+金属网+注浆”的联合支护方案。采用数值模拟软件验证了优化支护方案的有效性,并应用于现场试验。结果表明,巷道顶板、底板最大变形量分别为35.3、 30.5 mm,左、右帮最大变形量分别为19.6、 17.8 mm,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。Aiming at the problems of large deformation and serious damage of the surrounding rock in 73907 transport roadway of Duerping Coal Mine of Xishan Coal Electricity Group of Shanxi Coking Coal Group,the scope of the loosening circle and the causes of deformation of the roadway roof were analyzed through on-site investigation,and the joint support scheme of "anchor rods + anchor cables + steel ladder beams + metal mesh + grouting" was put forward.Numerical simulation software was used to verify the effectiveness of the optimized support scheme,and the scheme was applied to the field test.The results showed that:the maximum deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway was 35.3 mm and 30.5 mm respectively,and the maximum deformation of the left and right walls was 19.6 mm and 17.8 mm respectively,which meant that the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock was effectively controlled.
