摘　　要：介绍了柳湾煤矿动筛车间动筛跳汰机的运行情况,结合煤质分析试验,分析了动筛跳汰机运行过程中存在的问题。通过工艺过程比较,发现TDS智能干选系统具有处理量大、分选精度高、不产生煤泥、安全可靠的特点。总结了TDS智能干选工艺操作方案和注意事项。TDS智能干选设备脱除矸石的效率为99.47%,矸中带煤率为0.70%,每年实现增收5.574×10~7元,具有较好的经济效益、安全效益和管理效益。The operation of the dynamic sieve jig in the dynamic sieve workshop of Liuwan Coal Mine was introduced,and the problems existing in the operation process of the dynamic sieve jig were analyzed combined with the coal quality analysis test.By comparing the process process,it was found that TDS intelligent dry separation system had the characteristics of large processing capacity,high sorting precision,no coal slime,safety and reliability.The operation scheme and precautions of TDS intelligent dry separation process were summarized.The efficiency of removing gangue of TDS intelligent dry separation equipment was 99.47%,the coal content of gangue was 0.70%,and the annual income was increased by 5.574 × 10~7yuan,which had better economic benefits,safety benefits and management benefits.
