摘 要:小常煤业302轨道上山属于典型的大断面准备煤巷,为实现其快速掘进及长期稳定,通过数值模拟、应用实践等方法,开展大断面煤巷快速掘进及锚网索支护参数优化研究。研究表明,掘锚一体机截割部采用正S形截割方式对围岩稳定性影响最小。确定了最合理的锚杆、锚索长度及间排距等参数,基于此确定302轨道上山掘进机支护方案,实施后巷道表面变形量在工程设计允许范围内,稳定性较好,且将巷道掘进效率较原支护参数下提升了20%,取得了可观的综合效益。The 302 upward sloping roadway of Xiaochang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is a typical large section prepared coal roadway.In order to achieve rapid excavation and long-term stability,numerical simulation,application practice and other methods were used to carry out research on rapid excavation of large section coal roadway and optimization of anchor net and cable support parameters.The research shows that the use of a regular S-shaped cutting method in the cutting section of the integrated tunneling and anchoring machine has the least impact on the stability of the surrounding rock.The most reasonable parameters such as anchor rod,anchor cable length,and spacing were determined,and based on this,the excavation machine support scheme for the 302 upward sloping roadway was determined.After implementation,the deformation of the tunnel surface was within the allowable range of the engineering design,and the stability was good.Moreover,the tunnel excavation efficiency was improved by 20% compared to the original support parameters,achieving considerable comprehensive benefits.
