摘　　要：介绍了DSJ 120型大倾角顺槽下运带式输送机的主要设计思路、设备选型和驱动张紧装置等布置原理。通过采取可调阻尼板制动等措施解决了大倾角下运飞车现象。设计60°深槽托辊组和挡煤板装置解决了大倾角顺槽带式输送机物料下滑问题,采用可控制动技术自冷盘式制动系统,保证带式输送机可靠稳定地缓慢制动停车。该设计可为煤矿大倾角顺槽下运带式输送机设计和研发提供技术支持。The main design ideas,equipment selection,and layout principles of the DSJ 120 type large angle chute belt conveyor for downward transportation were introduced,including the drive tensioning device.By adopting measures such as adjustable damping plate braking,the phenomenon of high-speed vehicles accompanied by large inclination angles and downward transportation was solved.The 60° deep groove roller group and coal blocking plate device were designed to solve the problem of material sliding in the large angle chute belt conveyor.The controllable braking technology self cooling disc braking system was adopted to ensure the reliable and stable slow braking and stopping of the belt conveyor.This design can provide technical support for the design and research and development of large angle chute belt conveyors for downward transportation in coal mines.
