摘　　要：为了有效防止采煤安全事故的发生,保障工作人员安全以及矿井长期稳定运行,梳理了采煤安全管理的价值,分析了顶板管理在采煤安全管理中的现状,针对具体问题提出一系列措施,包括完善安全机制、强化培训教育、更新安全设施、加强监测管控等,以有效降低安全事故的发生概率。In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of coal mining safety accidents,ensure the safety of staff and the longterm stable operation of mines,the value of coal mining safety management was sorted out,the status quo of roof management in coal mining safety management was analyzed,and a series of measures were proposed for specific problems,including improving the safety mechanism,strengthening training and education,updating safety facilities,strengthening monitoring and control,etc.,in order to effectively reduce the probability of safety accidents.
