摘 要:在信息技术更新迭代速度不断加快背景下,智能控制已逐渐成为现代工业领域的流行趋势。对于矿山机电一体化系统而言,引入智能控制技术,不仅能对矿山机电设备实现全面监控和实时管理,确保设备运行始终处于最佳状态中,还将打破传统生产模式的限制,提高生产自动化和信息化水平。针对矿山机电一体化系统展开分析,深入探析智能控制在矿山机电一体化系统中的优势,并提出智能控制在矿山机电一体化系统生产监控、车辆防撞、交流伺服、采矿作业4个方面的应用要点,以期为相关企业开展工作提供有益参考。Against the backdrop of accelerated updates and iterations in information technology,intelligent control has gradually become a popular trend in modern industrial fields.For the mine mechatronics system,the introduction of intelligent control technology can not only achieve comprehensive monitoring and real-time management of mining electromechanical equipment,ensuring that equipment operation is always in the best state,but also break the limitations of traditional production modes and improve the level of production automation and informatization.The mine mechatronics system was analyzed,and the advantages of intelligent control in the mine mechatronics system were deeply explored.The application points of intelligent control in production monitoring,vehicle collision prevention,ac servo,and mining operations of the mine mechatronics system were proposed,in order to provide useful references for relevant enterprises to carry out their work.
