摘 要:为解决破碎松软巷道围岩变形严重、支护难度高等问题,以11305运输巷为研究对象,在分析原有锚网索+U型钢棚+喷浆支护存在问题的基础上,提出采用锚杆(注浆锚杆)+锚索(注浆锚索)+金属网+喷浆方式进行优化支护,并进行工程应用。采用的优化支护方案不仅能够提高支护强度,还能通过注浆改造破碎松软围岩、强化围岩自身承载能力及与支护用锚杆(索)耦合效果。工程应用后,11305运输巷顶板、底板、两帮位移量最大分别为110、 36、 81 mm,围岩变形量在允许范围内,表明现场使用的优化支护方案效果显著,可满足破碎松软巷道围岩控制需要。To solve the problems of severe deformation and high support difficulty of broken soft roadway surrounding rock,taking11305 transportation roadway as the research object,based on the analysis of the existing problems of anchor mesh cable + Ushaped steel shed + spray grouting support,it was proposed to optimize the support by using anchor rods(grouting anchor rods) +anchor cables(grouting anchor cables) + metal mesh + spray grouting method,and apply it in engineering.The optimized support scheme adopted can not only improve the support strength,but also transform the broken soft surrounding rock through grouting,strengthen the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock itself,and couple with the anchor rods(cables) used for support.After engineering application,the maximum displacement of the roof,floor,and two sides of the 11305 transportation roadway were 110,36,and 81 mm,respectively.The deformation of the surrounding rock was within the allowable range,indicating that the optimized support scheme used on site had significant effects and could meet the control needs of broken soft roadway surrounding rock.
