摘 要:电牵引采煤机是煤矿生产的核心设备,运行过程中需要对其进行精准调速。为了提高采煤机的调速控制性能,采用了先进的开关磁阻电机同步控制系统。首先分析了开关磁阻电机调速的原理,然后介绍了调速控制系统设计,最后分析了其在煤矿开采中的应用情况。结果表明,开关磁阻电机调速系统对采煤机具有良好的控制性能。Electric traction shearer is the core equipment in coal mining production,and its operation requires precise speed regulation.In order to improve the speed control performance of the shearer,an advanced switched reluctance motor synchronous control system was adopted.Firstly,the principle of speed regulation for switched reluctance motors was analyzed,followed by an introduction to the design of the speed control system.Finally,its application in coal mining was analyzed.The results indicate that the switched reluctance motor speed control system has good control performance for the shearer.
