摘　　要：为增强提升机运行安全保障能力,构建了一种融合多传感器监测、 PLC控制及通信网络的提升机安全监控系统并进行工程应用。采用分布式多传感器监测提升机液压站、主轴、电机等位置运行工况参数,结果汇总至PLC主控制器进行分析处理,并通过通信网络传输至上位机。对提升机安全监控系统整体结构、关键硬件设备及上位机软件设计等进行了详细分析,并在2JK3.5/11.5B型提升机上进行工业应用,结果表明该安全监控系统运行平稳,可实现提升机运行参数监测及异常预警,在一定程度上增强了提升机运行安全性及稳定性。In order to enhance the safety guarantee ability of hoist operation,a safety monitoring system of hoists integrating multi-sensor monitoring,PLC control and communication network was constructed and applied in engineering.Distributed multisensors were used to monitor the operating parameters of the hydraulic station,spindle,motor and other positions of the hoists,and the results were summarized to the PLC master controller for analysis and processing,and transmitted to the upper position machine through the communication network.The whole structure,key hardware equipment and host computer software design of the safety monitoring system of hoists were analyzed in detail,and the industrial application was carried out on the 2JK3.5/11.5B hoist.The results showed that the safety monitoring system ran smoothly,which can realize the hoist operating parameters monitoring and abnormal early warning,enhancing the safety and stability of the hoist to a certain extent.
