摘 要:为改善煤矿机电设备液压油品质、提高液压系统运行效率,构建了液压油过滤系统并进行工程应用。液压油过滤系统通过PLC、颗粒计数器实现液压油污染程度实时在线检测,并依据检测结果控制控制阀组运行,实现液压油过滤;同时,过滤装置采用磁过滤、粗过滤及精过滤三级过滤方式,过滤效率较高。对液压油过滤系统整体结构进行分析,并阐述过滤装置及控制阀组、 PLC控制系统结构。工程应用后,液压油过滤系统运行平稳,可保证液压油品质,提高液压系统运行效率。In order to improve the hydraulic oil quality and improve the operating efficiency of hydraulic system of coal mine electromechanical equipment,a hydraulic oil filtration system was constructed and applied in engineering.The hydraulic oil filtration system realizes the real-time online detection of the hydraulic oil pollution degree through PLC and particle counter,and controls the operation of the control valve group according to the test results to realize the hydraulic oil filtration;at the same time,the filter device adopts three filtration modes of magnetic filtration,coarse filtration and fine filtration,and the filtration efficiency is higher.The whole structure of hydraulic oil filtration system was analyzed,and the structure of filter device,control valve group and PLC control system was described.After engineering application,the hydraulic oil filtration system run smoothly,which can ensure the quality of hydraulic oil and improve the operating efficiency of the hydraulic system.
