摘　　要：目的 探索应用ADOPT模式护理胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗糖尿病足的应用效果。方法 选取2021-03/2023-05月在作者医院接受胫骨横向移位手术治疗糖尿病足的38例患者为研究对象。采用方便抽样法将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各19例。对照组患者采取胫骨横向移位手术治疗糖尿病足的常规护理方式;研究组患者在对照组患者的护理基础上,实施ADOPT护理方式。比较两组患者的自我护理能力及出院准备情况。结果 研究组患者的自我护能力和出院准备度两个项目的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);干预后研究组自我护理概念、自我护理责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识评分均明显高于干预前,且均高于对照组(P均<0.001)。结论 ADOPT模式的护理干预,能够提高接受胫骨横向骨搬移术的糖尿病足(Wagner 3~4级)患者的自我护理能力和出院准备度。Objective To explore the application effect of adopting the ADOPT model in the care of transverse osteotomy for diabetic foot treatment.Methods A total of 38 patients who accepted transverse tibial transposition surgery to treat diabetic foot in author′s hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by convenient sampling method,with 19 patients in each group.Patients in the control group accepted routine nursing care for the treatment of diabetic foot with lateral tibial displacement surgery,while patients in the experimental group accepted ADOPT model based on the nursing of the control group.The self-care ability and discharge readiness of both groups were compared.Results The scores of self-care ability and discharge readiness in experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of self-care concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skill and health knowledge in the experimental group were significantly higher than before intervention,and higher than those in the control group(all P<0.001).Conclusion Nursing intervention using the ADOPT model can improve self-care ability and discharge readiness in patients with diabetic foot(Wagner grade 3-4) who undergoing transverse tibial bone transfer surgery.
