摘 要:针对传统火道结构焙烧炉火道内上、下游温差大,料箱内温度分布不均匀等造成的天然气能耗高的问题,本文提出一种更节能的新型火道结构焙烧炉。本文对比分析了传统火道结构焙烧炉和新型火道结构阳极焙烧炉料箱内温度分布均衡性,结果表明:新型焙烧炉料箱内温度均衡性优于传统焙烧炉21℃,温度分布更加均匀。在某炭素厂开展了新型焙烧炉的工业试验,试验数据表明:新型结构焙烧炉料箱内温度分布的均匀性明显改善,节省天然气量10.4 Nm^(3)/t,实现了节能降耗减排的目标。Regarding to the high energy consumption of natural gas caused by the large temperature difference between the upstream and downstream of the flue and the uneven temperature distribution in the pit of the traditional baking furnace,a new-type baking furnace with more energy saving is proposed in this paper.The temperature homogeneity in the pit of the new anode baking furnace and traditional baking furnace is comparatively analyzed,and the results show that the temperature homogeneity in the pit of the new anode baking furnace is better than that of the traditional baking furnace by 21℃,and the temperature distribution is more uniform.The industrial test in a carbon plant showed that the temperature homogeneity in the pit of the new-structure baking furnace was obviously improved and the natural gas of 10.4 Nm^(3)/t was saved,thus achieving the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
