摘  要:沸腾氯化炉炉气管道结垢发生缩径或堵塞而致使沸腾氯化炉炉内压力达到120 kPa的安全生产上限,被迫停炉,严重制约了沸腾氯化炉的长周期高效率的稳定生产。通过从氯化炉和炉气管线相关的各方面进行了深层分析并结合生产实际,总结了粒径分布管控、氯气分配盘合理化布局、氯气量稳定供给、负荷升降精细操作、床层精准控制、据分析排渣、管路减少死角抛光内壁、控制氯化炉出口温度、炉顶通氯气、在线自动疏通装置等10项生产实践措施。通过此10项措施,氯化炉稳定运行周期已可以延长至60天。Scaling or blockage of the gas pipeline of the fluidized chlorination furnace leads the pressure in the furnace to reach the upper limit of safe production of 120 kPa,and the furnace is forced to stop,which seriously restricts the long-term and highly-efficient stable production of the fluidized chlorination furnace.Based on the in-depth analysis of various aspects related to chlorination furnace and furnace gas pipeline,combined with production practice,10 production practice measures are summarized,such as particle size distribution control,rational layout of chlorine gas distribution plate,stable supply of chlorine gas,fine operation of load fluctuation,accurate control of bed layer,slag discharge according to analysis,polishing inner wall of pipeline to reduce dead angle,outlet temperature control of chlorination furnace,introducing chlorine gas through furnace top and online automatic dredging device.Through these 10 measures,the stable operation cycle of chlorination furnace can be extended to 60 days.
