摘  要:利用有限元分析法对SiC_(f)/TC17复合材料横向性能进行了分析,探究了横向拉伸载荷下SiC_(f)/TC17复合材料的界面失效模式和横向力学性能与制备工艺和服役温度的影响规律。结果表明,SiC_(f)/TC17复合材料纤维/基体界面失效模式倾向于切向失效导致径向失效;四方排布的横向性能优于六方排布,SiC纤维体积分数和服役温度与SiC_(f)/TC17复合材料的横向性能呈负相关。In this paper,the transverse properties of SiC_(f)/TC17 composites were analyzed by means of finite element analysis,and the effects of the interface failure mode and the transverse mechanical properties of SiC_(f)/TC17 composites on the preparation process and service temperature under the transverse tensile load were investigated.The results show that the fiber/matrix interface failure mode of SiC_(f)/TC17 composite tends to be tangential failure leading to radial failure.The transverse properties of quadrilat arrangement are better than those of hexagonal arrangement.The volume fraction and service temperature of SiC_(f)ibers are negatively correlated with the transverse properties of SiC_(f)/TC17 composites.
