摘  要:目的探索液体双试剂技术在血脂检测中的应用,并利用这一技术在表观健康人群中建立科学的血脂参考区间,以提高心血管疾病风险评估的准确性和可靠性。方法采用了多中心、标准化样本采集处理、液体双试剂检测技术,并结合生化分析仪器、性别和年龄特异性分析、统计学处理以及数据可视化方法,建立了表观健康人群的血脂参考区间。结果结果显示,九强和罗氏品牌的试剂在血脂检测结果上差异存在统计学意义(P<0.001),其中九强品牌的TG中位数低于罗氏,而CHO和RLP-C中位数则高于罗氏。相反,罗氏品牌的LDL-C中位数高于九强,尽管HDL-C和Non-HDL-C中位数相近,但两品牌间的差异依然具有统计学意义。性别差异分析表明,男性在TG、LDL-C和Non-HDL-C水平上普遍高于女性,而女性HDL-C水平高于男性,且差异具有统计学意义。本研究还建立了基于性别的血脂检测参考区间,揭示了不同性别在血脂水平上的差异性。最后,研究通过视觉化方法展示了基于年龄的血脂连续参考区间,清晰地描绘了血脂水平随年龄变化的趋势。结论通过双试剂法系统检测血脂并综合年龄性别因素,建立了科学的血脂参考区间,提高了心血管疾病风险评估的准确性,为降低其发病率和死亡率、促进公共健康提供了有力支持。Objective To explore the application of liquid double reagent technology in blood lipid detection,and use this technology to establish a data-driven blood lipid reference interval in the apparently healthy population,so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of cardiovascular disease risk assessment.Methods A multi-center,standardized sample collection and processing design was utilized for this study.Liquid double reagent detection technology,combined with biochemical analysis instruments,along with gender and age-specific analysis,as well as statistical processing and data visualization methods,were applied to establish the blood lipid reference interval of the apparent healthy population.Results There was a significant difference in blood lipid test results between the top nine and Roche brand reagents(P<0.001),in which the median Tg of the top nine brands was lower than Roche,while the median CHO and RLP-C were higher than Roche.On the contrary,the median of LDL-C of Roche brand was higher than that of the top nine.Although the median of HDL-C and Non-HDL-C were similar,the difference between the two brands was still statistically significant.Gender difference analysis showed that the levels of TG,LDL-C and Non-HDL-C in men were generally higher than those in women,while the level of HDL-C in women was higher than that in men,with significant statistical differences.This study also established a gender-based reference interval for blood lipid detection,revealing the differences in blood lipid levels between different gender groups.In addition,the study showed the continuous reference interval of blood lipid based on age by using visual method,which clearly described the trend of blood lipid level with age.Conclusion This study establishes a data-driven reference interval for blood lipids by using the double reagent method to detect blood lipids systematically and considering the age and gender factors,which improves the accuracy of cardiovascular disease risk assessment,and provides a strong support for r
