摘　　要：检验医学数据的安全共享对提高医疗质量和促进医学创新至关重要。然而,现有共享模式面临隐私保护、数据碎片化、信任缺失等挑战。本文探讨了区块链技术如何赋能检验医学数据的安全共享,构建保护隐私、促进协作的新范式。本文首先探讨了检验数据共享面临的主要挑战,随后详细阐述了区块链技术的核心特征及其在数据共享中的优势。进而,提出了基于区块链的检验数据共享平台架构,包括数据存证、访问控制、隐私保护等关键环节。本文深入探讨了区块链赋能检验数据共享的多方面价值,如提高安全性、促进数据流通和价值挖掘等。最后,本文展望了区块链与人工智能、物联网等新质生产力的融合应用前景,为检验医学数据共享的未来发展提供了新的思路。Secure sharing of medical laboratory data is crucial for improving healthcare quality and promoting medical innovation.However,existing sharing models face multiple challenges,such as privacy protection,data fragmentation,and lack of trust.This paper explores how blockchain technology could empower the secure sharing of medical laboratory data,which creates a new paradigm that can protect privacy and promotes collaboration.The article first analyzes the main challenges in sharing laboratory data,then elaborates on the core features of blockchain technology and its advantages in data sharing process.It proposes a blockchain-based architecture for laboratory data sharing,including key components such as data certification,access control,and privacy protection.The paper also discusses the multifaceted value of blockchain-enabled data sharing,such as enhancing data security,facilitating data circulation,and value mining.Lastly,it envisions the integration of blockchain with new productive forces like artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things,providing novel insights for the future development of medical laboratory data sharing model.
